It’s quite clear that a large animal like Sloneek needs to be guarded from escape or theft. We do everything we can to keep it in a safe paddock.
How will Sloneek help you?
Simple, clear and very detailed management of users in your organization. They do not necessarily have to be employees. You can have all co-workers under one account and sort them according to employment relationships within the reporting. You can set any work hours for each user, including irregular ones. For the whole year ahead.
You can store a lot of information for each user – you will define his/her role in the system (user, manager, administrator), assign him/her to the team and record his/her contact details.
Under GDPR consent, you can work with bank connections, emergency contacts, possible payroll deductions and, last but not least, with “custom fields”.
You can freely group all users into the company chart that is exportable. You can simply move users with a drag-and-drop gesture, by grabbing the item and moving it elsewhere.
Each team has its own manager. The manager approves absence events in the team. There is also a supervisor – he/she only supervises the team events.
You define work hours for each user according to the parameters of his/her employment relationship. Regular or irregular. From one week to one year, with the possibility of repetition. You will also assign absence events to a person’s work hours.
Outside work hours, the users cannot create absence events.
To speed up the setup, you can create work time presets, which you then assign to individual users.
