Attendance

Attendance is a record of arrivals and departures of employees to the company, through the attendance terminal, web browser or mobile application. In addition, data from the attendance system is usually used as a basis for payroll.

There are various advanced attendance recording systems on the market – a more modern version of the classic “punching machines” are face-sensing terminals that can be connected to card or chip readers. A slightly lighter version is mobile attendance, i.e. entering arrivals and departures to work via a mobile app, without the need to use an attendance terminal.
