In non-profits, we most often see regular hours, which can be easily defined in Sloneekand thus, in combination with the recording and approval of absences, have an instantly prepared timesheet as the most important basis for payroll.

Sloneek enables complete digitization of handover protocols and the recording of small assets. The receipt of the aid is confirmed by the recipient’s digital signature, and the authorized asset managers have complete reports on who has what aid, how old it is, and what condition it is in.

Time tracking

If you work on a project basis and involve external local and international collaborators in your projects, you can report their time worked using time tracking, which is part of the Activities module. Signing documents

The reality of the non-profit sector is often associated with bureaucracy.
